Prices

Rental prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and are per week for each apartment separately.  Shorter stay breaks are also quoted separately.

Making a Booking

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to book the property.  Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.  An additional cleaning/laundry fee of €75 applies to all bookings, payable locally on arrival, but stays of two weeks or longer will incur an additional interim clean at the normal rate of €40, payable locally.  Weekend golf breaks are welcome at rates shown above, plus a standard cleaning fee.  Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £17 bank transfer fee.  Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year are £350 a week, plus a cleaning fee.  For nightly rates please see the pricing chart above.

Security Deposit

In addition, a separate £250 security deposit is required when booking.  Please note that your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.  N.B. Any accidental damage to our properties is not covered by private travel/holiday insurance.

Changeover Day

Check-in is normally after 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is before 10am on the day of departure.  Weekend-to-weekend bookings are preferred.

To the best of our ability, we will try to ensure that special arrangements are put in place for those guests arriving early or departing later than the above times.
